This recliner works well.. It's comfy and a great addition to my nursery ... exactly what I was looking for. The seller is very responsive - I got the color white but then decided I wanted a different color because it may be hard to keep clean... I reached out to the seller and they were super helpful. I tried returning it and initially it said there was a fee to return .. so I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and offered my the ability to return without the shipping charge but also offered a discount for the white recliner I already had if i changed my mind about keeping it. I ended up keeping the white recliner and I'm happy with it so far. Good product and I appreciate the good customer service.

For the price, it is a good deal. I am a solo pregnant (5+ months) lady and I was able to move it from my front porch (where the delivery man placed it) to the nursery by myself. It did not have a smell when I unboxed it. I have a short torso and long legs, 5’6”. My head hits just right on the back cushion and my heels end right at the edge of the leg rest. The motor is quiet and the movement is smooth, it should not disturb a sleeping baby.It comes in two parts. The back slips into groves and you have the push down until it clicks in place, I ended up using a rubber mallet to knock it down into place. I didn’t have the strength for that portion. With tax I paid $688.79.I shopped in person before buying this, and for this price it’s the best option available.

Ordered this and they misread delivery instructions but they responded immediately I finally got it today and I couldn't be more pleased the chairs are going in aa small all purpose room and they are perfect. They were easy to assemble the grey leather. Is really great we are so glad we found these Chita leather swivel recliners Give them my highest recommendation

I was worried this would not be a good deal, but it was! All I can say is that if you have any concerns, don’t worry. The comfort of this item is incredible. It’s SOOOOO easy to put together. It comes well-packaged and protected. And the leather is very, very nice. This item rivals that of all we saw in the BIG furniture stores but at no less than half of the price. Get it!!! Enjoy it!! Very happy with the chair, however it was delivered to my neighbor up the street at #17 a day early instead of our address #4. It was also left in the pouring rain overnight on the driveway.

Very comfortable, attractive, exactly what I wanted. Most important for me : my friend and I, both women well into our eighties, were able to unbox the chair, put it together, and get it into its space in my house, all with very little difficulty!

I recently purchased a CHITA recliner for my elderly mom. Unfortunately, when the box arrived it had suffered some damage that carried onto the chair.
