I purchased this cuz I live in Puerto Rico and behind a Forrest, I was getting visited by snakes they were small but nevertheless snakes, a family member suggested I get this and spread around the house & for some reason they stay away, so do iguanas, and it doesn't harm animals

False Statement
The statement notes, POWDER. A powder (e.g., talcum powder or powdered sugar) is soft to the touch. This product is GRANULAR (e.g., sand or gravel) is harsh to the touch.

Not powder as advertised. Granular.
The package i received was actually granular form, not powder. It still worked for my uses dusting cut ends of cactus for propagation but coverage was not as thorough as I'd have liked from a proper powder. I would guess it was made this way for safety - granules would be less likely to produce dust that you could potentially breathe in or get on your skin.

Not powder.
I assumed "powder" would mean the product is fine, like "powder." Yet this is grain like. I can not just powder my flower beds, because it won't break down well. My only option will be to use a flour sifter and make it manageable.
