Sharp.. slides through bread
I'm 57.. and this is my first REALLY SHARP knife.. love it.. and took some time getting the hang of cleaning this super sharp tool.. was wrapping a cut when I found 2-3 other cuts I didn't even know I had till I traced down the source of blood, ha.

Having the right tool makes all the difference
Such a useful tool for cutting into sourdough bread! You will feel the difference from your regular bread knife on first use. The size and opening between the blade and wood fits loaves nicely and just makes sense. Light weight and fits flat in a drawer. I use this knife daily. If you eat sourdough regularly this should be the tool you must have.
