I use it for making pancakes from scratch since my go too brand no longer exists. Works great although flour package says pre sifted. Homemade pancakes actually very easy to make and not a lot of ingredients

I bought this to sift flour onto my workbench and my loaves. This is handy for anything that needs to be sifted/dusted on. I'm using it to add flour to my workbench, bannetons, and the top of my sourdough loaves when I'm ready to bake them. It seems to clean easy, the only thing is the plunger goes halfway through one half of the dome, so it's not easy to dry that piece. It's doable, but takes a little finesse. Seems to be good quality and right now I don't have any complaints with its use.

Oh. My. Goodness! These are the greatest! I have been sprinkling flour for kneading with my hand for years, but this little sprinkler does such a better job!! Nice and even. It is also useful for confectioner's sugar sprinkling over baked goods. Best of all- its just plain fun to use!! Get them!

The sifter is very good looking and shiny; however it's very overpriced! Saw cheaper ones but fooled myself thinking higher price means better product! Works great. Biscuits always taste better from sifted flour.

I wanted to improve the sprinkling of flour on my bread dough and also on the counter top. This does an excellent job in both cases. Spreads a fine even layer , no little lumps etc.Its very easy to fill, simple push the plunger and scoop flour up out of the bag.Recommended.
