I have been using this at work for a solid six months. I am very impressed with the supporting strapping belts and the padded back support. I bought it after having a scare while lifting a heavy load at work. I thought it would be good to have some support as a reminder that I'm not getting any younger and that straining in certain places is not a good thing. The belt does offer really good support and having bought and used other models on here, I'm most definitely sticking to this one. It is well-made and strong. Recommend!

I bought this after breaking my back TWICE; L1 to L4 are all basically jigsaw pieces; and even 3+ years after the second break, I am still getting bouts of severe pain.It does offer a lot of support, and is fairly comfortable to wear and adjust, even at night; however the main strap does start to lose it's ability to stay "stuck" after about 6 months of use, and I now have to overlap the adjustment straps to stop it undoing.

I had back surgery a few years ago due to an accident but since then have suffered constant back ache I saw this and honestly thought it would just end up in a drawer and wouldn't help much....how wrong could I be? I've used it every day when walking or at work. I can easily loosen the straps off while sitting so it's not uncomfortable. I wear it over a tshirt as I get a bit hot in it but overall the support has given me a lot of relief. It's simple to use, great quality and effective. I move around easily in it and it's easily adjustable. Seems very durable and feels great.

I ordered this product just over a week ago, but messed up the measurements, resulting in a poor fit. After persevering for a day, I contacted the seller and they have been brilliant. They asked for my measurements again and a confirmation photo of me wearing the belt. They acknowledged the issue straight away and sent out the smaller size promptly. This fits like a metaphorical glove. I would highly recommend on customer services alone.Remember, if you are close (I'd say within 3cm (inch(ish)) of the lower measurement please order the smaller size. Otherwise, the main band may not fully secure against the Velcro.
