Very efficient and portable
I have used the 30W version extensively, stored it improperly, and had wind rip it off a portable music stand to the concrete several times. It fits anywhere an open notebook would fit, it’s very lightweight, and the carabiner holes have been quite tough. I have also gotten consistent 28W output out of it (feeding into a Bateria solar charge controller via the DC5521 port on panel, not the usb splitter) all the way up to 33W on a few good days.It won’t charge a battery bank directly at the same efficiency, as the usb splitter box is not a high end MPPT charger that costs more than the unit itself. It will, however, charge your phone or power bank at entirely usable speeds with nothing more than a USB-A power delivery cord. Keep in mind that regular USB-A cords that have data lines to transfer pictures to a laptop are hard capped to about 10W, this is not a fault of the solar panel. You can very easily get 18W out of the port with correct cord, which will quickly charge any cell phone currently on the market. If you’re charging a jackery or something, use the DC5521 and an extension cable from the panel itself, not the splitter box.Excellent price, excellent quality, excellent output. 6 stars.

Derates under direct sunlight. Do not expect close to 30 watts IME
Put out a maximum of 24 watts in perfect sun and angle. Typically closer to 15-20 watts. Appears to get very hot quickly under direct sunlight and de-rate - more so than any other portable or rigid glass panel I've worked with.USB dongle works well, great idea.

Pretty good
After some testing it did send out 20watts of power but a downside was a little bit of blockage from a tree dropped the wattage a bit. I used it on a usb-c battery charger (8 batteries)first and it charged them no problem. The durability is pretty good I like the quality of the charging panels. For the size it's pretty decent and the cost is really good. This is a must for camping if you have a portable DVD player or a cell phone.

What is better than a generator for a short duration outage- this item.
We live in hurricane country, and we lose power from time to time. Starting up a generator is a big deal. I am perfectly happy to charge this power bank so I can run my electronics for a bit, and head to bed - hoping the power will be on in the morning. The solar panels do in fact recharge the unit from 0 to 100 percent charge during a day of sunlight. Turn of the generator and have a good night's sleep while your phones and laptops are recharging. It will even run a small TV (you need an antenna) for a few hours in the evening.I currently use the power bank on my desk on a regular basis, so I do not have cables running across the floor to the outlets. Kind of fun to use free (solar) energy. Highly recommend.

Pretty good for the price.
I love this thing. I go motorcycle camping and this keeps my gps, flashlight and phone topped off. However don't get too excited I got a small one to charge my phone from 20-100% it would take hours of perfect sun. But in an emergency or just keeping stuff topped off it's great. I like that it folds flat and is sturdy enough that I'm not worried about it in my bag. For the price I'm glad to have it.

Worthless
Didn't charge even in direct sun. Worthless.

Best portable solar module I've found!
The media could not be loaded. Generally speaking, I like the Ecosonique solar modules. I like their rugged construction. It has a carbon fiber look to it and is rigid, but not indestructible. When I first pulled the product from the box, I waited for it to warm up to allow the flexible material to move more easily. I was trying to be careful. It is much better than other folded portable solar modules that I have looked at with many folds (i.e.5 or 6.) I did not do an I vs V curve test on it to prove its power output, which I will do at some time. However, their claim is their modules put out slightly higher than what the name plate states. So I'm going to go with that for a while. One more thing that is good is their regulated output box for USB and 12 Volt output is not mounted on the back of the module, but on the cord where you can keep it cool with the other equipment that you are charging. You may want to get a 5.5X2.1mm extension cord, because the one that comes with the module is a little short. This is a good module. Take the time to understand how long it takes to charge your equipment. Update: 23 Jan 2025 I took a solar panel test meter to verify output and the module performs to specifications! reaffirms my purchase
