Q: 6'2" 175ish.. I purchased a medium top in other style, slight oversized then i would like. Would a small be too small/will the length suffer too much?

I purchased the Small (Regular) Carhartt top for my husband who is 5'7" at 155 lbs. The length comes slightly below his waist. It is a great fit for him. A medium may work for you.

Im 5'11 with waist 36, no belly and it fits me right.

Q: Are they actually longer then a normal version

I have several different colors of Carhart scrubs and I have found that they are not longer than the normal size.

75 kilos is 165 pounds, American. I am 260 pounds. I am 5' 8" American. The XL fits me just right, but a little snugly. I cannot wear an undershirt underneath it. So, I'd recommend a medium.
