Good solid grain
This is a grain WITH the hull intact. Quality is A1. Taste is nice and nutty. Decent source of plant protein. Only source I've found that is not Russian in origin. As with most grains, it does take a bit of simmering to cook through.

I've just discovered this pseudo grain. it has an unusual aroma when it's cooking. i love eating it. i cook it in my rice cooker but turn off the cooker when i think the kasha is done rather than wait for the cooker to turn itself off.

I love Kasha! It's so healthy, delicious and gluten-free. I haven't been able to find it in groceries, so was glad to find it here. The price seems pretty high though.

Packaging damaged on delivery. 12 oz left out of a 16 oz bag. No refund or replacement offered. Tried some and found it very bitter. Won't ever buy again.
