This is a very large bowl perfect making 5 lb of challah. It felt like such a breeze sifting my flour in it (I use ww so sifting makes it lighter), and having ample room to mix and knead. It made cleanup super easy. And proofing with the lid is just the cherry on top. No more worries about the weather or dough leaking out from under a towel and drying out during rising. This is a dream, makes the challah per-fect!! thank you so much!

So light and easy to store it’s big and can hold 10lb easy. Love that it keeps it warm and easier to rise. Also non stick definitely a plus

It is a nice large bowl. It is good for a single or double batch. I use a warming mat under it. I almost invested in a warming box but this works very well.

Having just the right bowl for making bread really speeds up the process and makes clean-up easy and this bowl cover works great for proofing. The bad news is the material is a lightweight plastic (similar to what you might get for a carry-out container at a good restaurant). For the price I was expecting something much more durable. Time will tell how well this will hold up to making bread. I few things to be careful about - don't get this thing anywhere close to something hot, it would melt in a second - Mixing the dough in the bowl works great but how many times will it holdup to kneading bread?If they included three of these for the price it would be a good value. At the price I paid, around $20, it seems way overpriced. I got what they call the small size, 12.5 inches. It is a bit small. They had two larger sizes but only the largest was available and that was too big and too expensive. If this was a better price I'd be happy but at $20 I'll be looking for other options if/when this thing gives out.

This bowl is just what I was looking for its be enough to handle a large quantities of dough and I like that it has a cover so I'm not always fighting the plastic wrap.
