Quite tasty with a little maple syrup; filling and comforting to a tired stomach. One c water with 3T farina are quite nice after 3 min in microwave. Watch the last minute so it doesn’t overflow as it swells. Delicious and filling!

Can’t find this in my local store and it’s waaaaay better than malt o meal. I love the texture and flavor and you can’t beat the price
