I ordered this from Odyssey Computers, but I see it is listed from other sellers as well. This review is specifically from the product received from Odyssey Computers only! I am amazed by this product! I could not be happier with this purchase. Arrived 5 days ahead of schedule. Packaged very securely. Came with a new Dell brand 65W charging cable. Everything on this computer works like new. All technical specs are as described with a few upgrades from the listing. Backlit keyboard - yes. Touchscreen monitor - yes. Listed as a 2020 model but it is actually a 2021 model. Built-in camera lens cover for privacy. Battery life is good. I did online college classes on it using the battery for 2 hrs 15 minutes and still had 50% battery remaining, which I consider excellent for a 4-year-old refurbished computer. Worked well outdoors in light shade. Quiet operation. Connected to 5G wifi with no problems. Connected 2 Bluetooth devices and used them simultaneously. The Thunderbolt ports are the same as USB-C and are used for data and power. I replaced the slightly bulky 65W Dell charger with an Anker 65W folding travel charger and USB-C 100W cable and it works perfectly. Excellent value for money, I paid $319 with free shipping. Very highly recommended!!!

I like the small size of this computer. It looks brand new and it works as if it is brand new. The seller does a fantastic job of reconditioning them and if there is anything wrong, he wants to hear about it right away great company, and great machine.
