Luster's Pink Oil Moisturizer Hair Lotion, Original, 12 Oz

For years I have been a natural hair product junky and I could't even imagine myself using a product with mineral oil. All that changed when I grew my hair to under-arm length hair; once my hair was medium long, my hair became much harder to manage. Most naturals say that the longer the hair gets the more products need to be used and the more expensive products become. After watching a few YouTube videos, I ran across cheap hair care products that seem to be just as effective in retaining length as natural expensive products. The first product that seems to be a favorite among some naturals is; the cholesterol creams, especially from Le Keir. I tried the Le Keir cholesterol cream(which has mineral oil) and I loved it..I thought to myself, "if this product works so well than I wander how other products with mineral oil would be as effective. So now to the point of the review..lol...I realized that my hair not only loves natural oils, but my hair loves heavy oils(those types of oils that sit on the hair but moisturize: like Shea butter). I decided to go with this Luster's Pink Oil Moisturizer and my hair feels amazingly soft and moisturized! I first had to wet my hair for natural moisture; then I added a leave in conditioning cream, I added my light oils first: which is Vatika Coconut oil and Shea Moisture's smooth and repair high shine glosser; and then I used the heavy oil: Luster's pink oil moisturizer. I have mid-back length hair, so I bunned my hair to protect my ends; my bun had no fly away hairs like it normally has. I know for sure I will reach waist length hair with this product; it will remain a staple product for me.

Pink Lotion is an old, reliable product. It's an oldie but a goody and a very reliable product for natural hair. It leaves the hair manageable, soft, and shiny.

My daughter has really textured hair and this stuff totally works. She used to scream when I combed her hair and now she just sits and lets me do it.

This was perfect for my dry and brittle hair. Some may find it too oily for them. I am pleased with it. My hair stays soft between washes

it worked wonderfully for my Grandadaughter. She was a flower girl in my daughters wedding and I needed her hair to stay in the updo. Awesome product and it did the job!

Had to throw it out as it came pretty much empty with the contents ALL over the inside of the box and leaking to the outside.

I have always loved this product. Unfortunately when I recieved my package the lotion was everywhere. Lost a quarter of it.

This is a super product it moisturizes softens hair texture natural or color treated hair like mine,and helps stop the breakage while it conditions my dry hair and scalp...
