Really good replacement
The insoles in Brooks trainers tend to go too soft much quicker than the trainers actually wear out. I've tried sorbothane gel type insoles before but they're too heavy and bulky.Put these into my trainers this morning and did a 5k parkrun. Thought they might be a bit too hard but my feet feel fine after the run. The instep support is really good. The 'G' fits perfectly into a pair of Brooks GTS Seventeen UK size 13/Euro size 48.5 without any trimming.

Work perfectly
I have these in all my shoes now, they corrected my walk and now I don't have knee pain. I do have to get a size up and trim the plastic as well as the foam but it's worth it for the pain relief.

My cure!
Over the last five years I have suffered two very painful, lengthy episodes of Plantar Fasciitis, caused both times by long walks in poor shoes. I will never learn. On both occasions I have effected a cure by using these insoles in my footwear day and night. This purchase was an additional pair and this enabled me to use them in my indoor and outdoor footwear continually, only removing the footwear in bed and whilst showering. It took about three weeks of this regime before the PF finally eased. In a walking boot or shoe they are fantastic, holding and supporting, although Superfeet have greater belief in their shock absorbency than I have.On the negative side, they seem quite expensive for what they are, hence it is just four stars.

Good product - may have to trim to fit comfortably
Found the whole inner sole made my feet feel crushed, but once I trimmed them back to the hard heel cradle I have found them to be very good and comfortable

SIX HOURS UP AND DOWN SNOWDEN, NO BLISTERS OR FOOT DISCOMFORT.
Comfortable insoles. I bought these to use with both work boots and hiking boots. Step onto them and the arch support feels unusual in that you can feel it just where the heel ends and the outside arch of the foot begins. It actually makes my feet relax.Cushioning on the heel could be just a little softer however, in saying that it eases the pain I get in my left heel once I am walking. I bought a size 13.5 and needed to cut them down a little to match the insoles of my boots. They don't seem to be affected by sweaty of hot feet either.Certainly not as squidgy as the Sorbathane insoles I had been wearing, but these do give much better support.I put these in a pair of Hanwag Bergler boots, walked up and down Snowden in North Wales, a six hour trek, 3 hours continuous climbing, an hours break for sandwiches, then 2 hours down. No blisters and no foot discomfort while walking. The next day, I had aches everywhere but my feet.Very pleased with the purchase so I bought some Carbon insoles for my walking shoes, and another pair for my work boots so I don't have to keep swapping them

Money’s worth
I thought these insoles are a bit overpriced until I tried them. I had to get one size bigger shoes as the take a lot of space but uncomfortable shoes turned to me favourite as even wearing them for long times now is not an issue anymore. This’s a really good investment

fellow runners as these are the best insoles for running trainers if you have flat feet
should have bought these sooner ,wasting my money on other insoles .should listen to other people.fellow runners as these are the best insoles for running trainers if you have flat feet .or no arch .they don't feel uncomfortable and hard on the arch area like some other top brands i have tried i found scholl sports insoles hard on the arch hurt my feet when running, no offence probably fine for walking but not for running so green superfeet insoles for runners are fantastic thank you so much superfeet definitely will be back buying more from you in the future.

Very disappointed, given the positive reviews here and elsewhereI put them in my trusty and well worn Scarpa SL's to test out, which are traditional leather walking boots with a stiff Vibram sole. They are very hard, and provide little or no comfort and zero shock absorption. After four miles, my right and right foot knee were sore, which is something I haven't experienced in a long time. No better than the standard insoles which come with the Scarpas, which are pretty useless. Having trimmed them to fit, I wont be able to send them back so they'll be going in the bin. I will get another pair of Sorbothane Double Strikes, which I've used before and which provide comfort, shock absorption and a sensibly located arch, which these don't, all at a more reasonable priceA waste of money

Love these insoles
I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.

3 day standing concert, no problem
Got these for my Vans to wear through riot fest. Not super cushy, but did a great job. No real pain upon return and I can notice a definite difference between the vans insole. Will try out their other offerings the greens did great. Got them to replace hefe luxx which didn't feel that great.

Solid, seem OK. Maybe not as good as WalkHero?
Suffering from Plantar Fascaitis, my podiatrist recommended SuperFeet insoles. I just received these this week. Compared to WalkHero, these inserts are almost 2 1/2 times more expensive! As reported by others, SuperFeet insoles are harder, and thus less comfortable than WalkHero's insoles. But do they work better? Sorry, I'm not yet sure. I've just started using them. I hope they're worth the extra $ and less comfort than WalkHero...

Superfeet insoles
Very well-made I believe they will last years. A bit on the hard side, so I generally wear them only in the morning and then switch to the softer Dr. Scholls in the afternoon.

Good support
Excellent quality, cuts easily enough with good scissors, and they have nice support for the arch and sides of your feet.
