Ordered for my daughter, she's an avid apple fan. Computer is in excellent condition and works exactly as it should. I would buy from this seller again in the future.

Amazing
The MacBook Air works amazing! It is refurbished but for the price and year model it is in great condition and works just as well as a new one. We will see how long it holds up!

I am returning it!
Very disappointed since Amazon guarantees refurbished items. Computer arrived with no instructions and was still on test mode. I have not been able to download updates (pic 2), I keep getting this message anytime I turn it on. Battery is barely charging and only last a couple hours. The cable or slot is damage and it is very difficult to make contact and difficult to charge!

Great computer for the price!!
Bought this for my teenage granddaughters and they love it! Came quickly, no scratches or dings. Working great with no problems at all and have had it for 10 months . Meets all their needs

Charger inoperative, seller won't replace for free
Like new Lap top but the charger is inoperative. I got it to work twice. The vender was Apple and Apple support would not replace the defective charger without charging some $76 for a replacement. So dont buy from this vender. I should be used to Apple gouging by now, but they do whatever they want to do and seemingly get away with it.

Good but faulty charger
MacBook arrived on time but kind of bummed that it would not charge. Took it to an apple store to do diagnostics. Ended up having to purchase a new charging cord. The one that came with it was damaged or faulty. Did not work.
