The ax seems a bit problematic. I decided I wouldn't trust it in a child care setting with groups of children. It could be fine in a home with supervision and siblings but i preferred the more rounded ax. I also removed the whistle as a personal choice, I didn't want to be in charege or listen to the resulting play.
