Good product, been taking it for a few months now and I'm noticing a change in my energy levels and my gut health has improved

It tastes earthy and not horrible. I have it every day in my morning coffee. Am I energised and full of beans? Well after a few weeks I can safely say that it hasn't made any difference, but maybe that's just me. I will try another brand next time to see if that works, otherwise it's not really worth it for me. Must admit to being disappointed.
