Great product but can be better

The whole shilajit had melted and was spilled all over the inside of the box. When I removed the bottle out the bottle was empty because everything had been spilled and was unusable. On top of it the product is not refundable. What a waste of 89 dirhams.

It works but the price is too high

I am a little confused. I bought already shilajit tea and this brand taste totally different. It tastes and smells like cheep . I asked chat got and it said it could be in bad conditions because this is unusual. After trying to get refund, the said policy says no refund possible. And I have received this yesterday.
