Just started using it. Happy to have a steel versus plastic alternative. Also happy they try to make as much as possible in the USA! No smell, easy to clean. No leaking. Liquifies ice in 10 seconds. Maybe I’m misunderstanding something but it doesn’t seem to lock onto the base so I firmly hold it down as it’s blending…that’s okay for an adult carefully using it for 10 seconds. I wish there were little extensions on the lid to make it easier to pry off. But all around, I’m really happy so far. If the motor lasts many years it’ll be good value for money.

A very expense blender, but it is the best. It is all stainless steel, so it will last forever. Ginds up ice in 2 seconds.

I bought this because it said it was business/bar grade. I'm not sure how. It cannot blend anything. It cannot chop ice for sure, but it cannot even successfully blend already cut fruit. I used to make oat flour in my previous blender. It came out smooth, no pieces of oats left. Same with seeds, I would chop sunflower and pumpkin seeds and they would come out nice and smooth. This blender cannot handle that. You have large pieces left that it just won't blend. I've tried putting stuff through multiple times, larger batches, small batches, it all comes out with a half done blend.

Worked fine for first 90 days, Tried making my morning smoothie today and the motor will not turn the blade. Makes a screeching noise and motor feels warm.. Wow... what a piece of Junk!!!!

Is perfect very good

Works fine for Avery short time we do a lot of shakes and it just doesn’t hold up for a restaurant

Made in the U.S. of A. and it shows! Super fast blend makes me a great juices out of celery, carrots, and whatever else I got laying around in the fridge.
