The media could not be loaded. I purchased an umbrella from cockatoo, and within just a few months, it started having issues. Despite being careful with it, the umbrella stop proper functioning .To make matters worse, when I reached out to the manufacturer, they refused to provide any warranty coverage, claiming it was due to "wear and tear." For a product meant to withstand regular use, this was extremely disappointing.I expected better quality and customer service. Would not recommend this brand if you're looking for something reliable and long-lasting.
