It tastes just like original kikkoman unagi suace!
Great taste! I usually buy big bottles of kikkoman unagi sauce, this is just gluten free small bottle version, but still the same great taste and no gluten!You wouldn’t even tell the difference. Amazing drizzled on sushi. Decent value for money as this sauce is usually very expensive.

Amazing flavour
Unxious, rich, thick and full of exotic flavour. I use this now on almost anything, from scrambled eggs to cold meats, salads and of course sushi. It's so versatile. And of course, gluten free.

Enjoyable but very salty
Enjoyable but very salty.I rather like salty food but even for me this is strong. It does have some other interesting savoury flavours and works well if used very sparingly; this means the bottle will last quite some time.
