I bought these shoulder feathers to go with my witches costume and it turned out absolutely amazing. I was afraid to pull the tab and turn them on as I wasn’t sure if there was a way to turn the lights back off, but there was. You can wear it different ways just as the model in the picture show. I prefer to wear it over my back, tying the ribbon under my arms and around in the front of me. The feathers on this are decently sized and very beautiful. This along with the witches hat that I reviewed are very much adult costume pieces. They are both beautiful.
