While I was excited to recive this mask it was very disappointing, I have an old one that was on sale for 19 and it's better than this one hands down ,I went back to using my old one because the results are just to slow and it's not effective mostly because of the massive bit of rubber in-between your skin and the lights . Used for a week seen absolutely no results at all went back to my old one .

Skeptical yet intrigued by the promises of visible results, I decided to give it a try. Fast forward to seven days later, and I am simply amazed by the transformative effects it has had on my skin.I am absolutely thrilled with this LED face mask! I previously had a version that was hard plastic and it was very uncomfortable plus you had to be connected to power when using it. This one is so much better!The flexibility of the silicone mask and adjustable straps make it incredibly comfortable to wear. It fits snugly on my face, allowing me to multitask or relax during my skincare routine without any discomfort. The lightweight design is a big plus, as I can easily move around, read, or do chores while wearing it.From the moment I unwrapped the mask, I could tell that this was a high-quality beauty device. It came neatly packaged, accompanied by clear instructions on how to use it effectively. The mask itself was comfortable to wear, thanks to its lightweight and adjustable design. Once I put it on, the soothing warmth and gentle snugness made it easy to relax and enjoy the treatment.

The media could not be loaded. I got this in January and I love how flexible the mask is and how you can change colours and brightness - I do believe it has helped me. However for whatever reason it has decided to die. Keeps turning itself off, even when plugged into the wall. Worked fine on last use, have done nothing myself to cause it. Very annoying as it was not cheap cheap.

I’ve had many makes of masks over a 7 year period mostly hard plastic.I like how soft , flexible and comfortable to wear this is and straps don’t pull the hair.I like how you can Charge the mask then it’s Portable to move about in so not stuck in one place when wearing it.I like you can set the Timer for a long Period to use it many only 10-20 minutesI like how its good to travel with.I like the choice of colours I use the Red for anti ageing skin and the Blue for Pain anti inflammatory neuropathy it works for me.I don’t like where the lead connects to the mask it stretches is exposed they break easilyI don’t like after 3 months use only 3 Colours work and Not the Red.I don’t like there’s No bag to carry it in for protection when travelling or awayI’ve returned the Mask as it’s faulty but will buy another to try as I keep a hard plastic one and a soft silicone for use.

The fine lines around my eyes and mouth seemed less pronounced, and my skin felt noticeably smoother to the touch.

The red light stopped working; that was the main reason I bought it. Useless to me now. Not sure why the other colours work…no redress as the return window was a month.

I love this product but at not two months old it suddenly stopped working. So disappointed
