Calling all 90s kids!!
I love these jeans!! If you are late Gen X or early Millennial, you’re going to be overwhelmed with nostalgia with these jeans. Skinny jeans be damned! As others have mentioned, they are excellent quality and will definitely last a lifetime. I’m 5’5 and 155 pounds. I have a small waist and curvy hips. I have a long torso and shorter legs. I bought two pair. The sizing chart was a little hard to follow because my waist size is way smaller than my hip size. With my first pair, I went with the all black in a size 30. They fit snug on my hips and give that look of “high waters” when I wear them with black boots for work. They are a true high rise. They do ride up in the crotch a little but nothing unbearable. The material of my black pair is very thick. They look nice enough to wear to work. For my second pair, I sized up to a 31 to address the crotch issue and to have them sit lower on my hips. This time I wanted to get a casual pair and got the distressed color. The material is still thick but much softer and they are longer like how we wore these types of jeans in the 90s. They will fit perfectly once I was them. I love both pairs for different reasons.

Cute
I like these jeans, really cute. I usually wear a size 27 but for these I wear a 26. They’re baggy in the legs and form fitting around the waist and buttocks. A little tight to the point where if you sit for a long period of time it will cut into your private parts and leave marks underneath. TMI?

Everyone needs a pair of these in their wardrobe
Love the jeans. I literally get compliments and asked “ where do you purchase those jeans”. When I wear them. The quality of the material I amazing too. Side note there’s no stretch it’s just straight light weight denim. It’s super comfortable and super baggy. There was no weird order when I opened the package. I am definitely going to purchase other washes.

True to Size but Wider in the Leg than Expected
As with most things Levi these are well made and true to waist size. But they are much narrower below the knee than the picture depicts and they are not a true black. More of a faded black. They are Very wide. I kind of sort of like them but I'll be returning them for ones more accurate to what is shown.

Sizing is off the charts
So I ordered a size 32. Upon inspection, the material felt soft and stretchy, but I felt it was 2 sizes too big. Mind you— I’m 12 months postpartum and no where near my pre-pregnancy weight (blaming breastfeeding and postpartum hormones 😭) I usually fit between size 30-32 in different brands but Levi’s sizing especially online can be very tricky. Well size 32 was too loose and baggy for me and it looked a bit comical.I exchanged these jeans for size 30 and omg the waistband was Wayyyy too tight and made my fupa look like canned biscuits 😓 however the jeans on the size 30 was a sturdier denim with structure which I actually like the length and the way they flowed on my thighs and grazed the floor (I’m 5’4” 186lbs)I wanted to love them so bad especially how deep blue the color was. I ended up returning both jeans and re-ordered the 31 since I may be in between sizes. They are perfect for the winter and the wide leg is trendier with a cropped jacket. I’m Just waiting for them to come in the mail! I’ll have a more updated review when I try them on but just wanted to put my 2 cents in

Comfortable! Measure yourself for the best fit.
Measuring tape does not lie.I wont talk about how size 2 should fit because i wear that size in a different cut of jeans of some other brand ( ok theres no size like that here). When I see this type of size i get a bit irritated.So...I am 5'4". My weight cannot truly help you ascertain whether my size choice can compare to yours, or hers over there, or that lady next to you. Not all figures are alike. Therefore, I share the following info:1. My figure is a bland hourglass. My objective measurements taken with a seamstress' measuring tape at different times of the year are as follows:Bust- 35"-37"waist- 25"-27"hips float- 34"-37".2. The size chart available IS accurate (yup. The inch sizes on the chart CAN help you make an accurate size choice). The sizes presented for the jeans are accurate to the product (as goes for most of the all cotton-no-stretch levis jeans) The stretch jeans can work with a greater variety of figures, and those size charts are also useful.3. I ALWAYS shop by my measurements and use the size charts. It saves time and energy. Im also less likely to get a dud and dont need to return my purchase. The rundown:I ordered these in size 26. For this size the jeans have an extra 1" of give space and measure about 27" at the 'waist' and about 37" at the hip, as they should account for the midrise (theyre not to be worn at the natural waist), tucking in your shirt etc. The inseam measures about 31". With my height of 5'4, I PERSONALLY HAVE long legs, so my jeans are about 1/4" from the floor when I wear them in flat shoes. These jeans fit according to the chart provided. **GET A TAPE MEASURE AND USE IT.** Also, it helps if you are willing to have these adjusted according to your needs. Because....These are classic NO STRETCH DENIM. There is no stuffy elastane, or spandex added in.These are 100% cotton. The cotton is sturdy and it breathes like 100% cotton.THINGS TO PAY ATTENTION TO:1. **Read the size chart.**2. If you have short or average for petite legs, BUY THE SHORT STYLE. However if there is no short but the waist measurement and hip measurement are perfect, you might want to try to hem them. A trouser style invisible hem is a quick easy option.3. Super wasp waist hourglass figures (waist-hip difference greater than 13") and wasp waist pear figures (again same waist hip difference...i envy you), will likely have a tough time with THESE SPECIFIC LEVIS JEANS.4. For the non-wasp waist- (gritting teeth in envy) modest-hourglass, banana/ruler (the easiest to find clothes for) and apple figures (which can have a cute cuddly look or strike an awesome silhouette in the perfectly propotioned, tailored, fish tail dress), its best to make sure the waist fits perfectly because taking in the hips is not difficult by hand and not too costly in a seamstress' hands. However if you can get a perfect hip measurement too... well that's great. Right?5. The material is NOT STRETCH MATERIAL.It is IMPERATIVE that you TAKE ACCURATE BODY MEASUREMENTS.6. Lastly not all brands make jeans for everyone. The alterations are for anyone who feels they absolutely MUST have a pair of Levis mid rise wide leg jeans. The alterations would make them fit you with a more flattering look.Well... Clothes that fit according to our measurements tend to compliment our bodies. There is a company (Hudson) that has jeans that would best fit a banana figure (Waist-hip measurement does not differ much ie. 30 waist and 34 hip) With no need for alterations. Or petites with a 10"-8" difference between waist and hip could find a petite length from (g-star raw). Every clothing company has something they provide that is unique from others.Thats how it should be.

Cutest jeans on the planet.
These jeans are amazing. 100% cotton=love. 5'4" 150lbs. Normal size 10. Average build with some tummy flub, just a little. I ordered size 31. They fit perfectly. Not too snug, even after washing and drying. These jeans are very wide leg, which i absolutely love. They are big sturdy jeans. Hit just above the hip so no belt needed. Now if you have a bigger bum beware they do ride up a bit. Doesn't on me much though. At 5 foot 4 These do touch the ground on me in low sneaks. They are my favorite!!!
