I wore this dress for a Bridgerton style tea party. I changed out the ribbon to a darker green to match the one in my hair, but the olive one that comes with it is still lovely. The dress is very well made, muslin cotton, lined to the knee area. I am a size 16 normally, 183lbs, 5’1’ and I carry weight in my stomach and butt. It was a bit long for me. I will probably have it hemmed before wearing again. I did tea dye the gloves that come with it as they are very bright white. I debated between this one and a cheaper made (but $23) polyester one, and I’m glad I made this choice.

Ordered 6 of these in various colors for a school play. The dotted Swiss fabrics (rose prints) were long enough; the others were 4 inches shorter. Had to add additional fabric at the bottom of those. Still, best dress out there at this price point ($46). Shoulder and bust sizing flexible enough to fit many shapes and sizes of people without being revealing. If these dresses were longer, they would be perfect! Overall got a lot of complements.

I love this, it’s so pretty and it feels very well made!! Only problem is that mine didn’t come with gloves like it said it would.

We celebrated my Grandma's birthday by wearing book character costumes and this did not disappoint! So well made and it is just gorgeous in person! Buy it, you'll love it. I usually wear a small tshirt and size 6 pant. I am 5'5" and 140 lbs, not busty. I bought a medium and returned it for a small. It fit perfectly!

I’ve been doing English country dancing for 3 years and have wanted a period dress for some events. This dress is exactly as pictured and described. I bought the green one and it’s the same fabric as shown. The fabric is light weight cotton and flows nicely. It has a light weight cotton underskirt. The fabric and design is in the style worn in the early 1800’s. It is very comfortable and was fun to wear at the dance. I got an XL based upon the size chart. I’m 5’ 8.5” and weigh 170 pounds. It was a tad short on me so I added a white eyelet lace to the bottom. I highly recommend this dress!!

Super beautiful dress but I ordered purple and they sent me gold. That’s very frustrating.

Dress is very comfortable and cute, looks exactly as pictured. Unfortunately I did not receive the ribbon or the gloves as pictured. Still worth it for the price but a touch disappointed.
