Great knife
Excellent knife! I can slice my homemade brisket nice and thin. However, the sleeve that comes with it is just thin cardboard and will not stand the test of time.

Very Sharp Blade
This knife has exceeded my expectations. This knife was a such a fine piece that it would have been nice to have a better sleeve but all in all this knife is awesome. Used it first time on a brisket and cut it like it was butter. Grip is very nose and gives it and ease of use. Such a great addition to the kitchen.
