Great piece of equipment.
Except for the loud thuds that comes when collapsing , everything else is an engineering marvel. Hope it is reliable in terms of the parts that go into the ladder. Saving loads of storage space and reaching almost up to second floor windows was of great help.

while opening the ladder it is smooth but while closing one has to be careful to see that both sides align to retract the step. dont know what is the solution but this may give some clue to manufacturer. otherwise nice experience and quite handy ladder. not very heavy also. good product.

Usage and storage
This is a fantastic laddar, telescopic convenience, easy to store with minimum space for a laddar of this size, the locking system, the rubber quality, the build of the laddar is of top quality. A much have.

Product says 360 degree hook which is missing
We bought it seeing 360 degree hook and Amazon support said they will get this fixed in 4 days and it’s more than 10+ days and waiting, nothing happened, make sure you change the product description, so that others need not be fooled. Product is fantastic.

Was really happy with the construction. Very sturdy and can take a lot of weight. Designed beautifully to tuck away when not required.

The product is made in China and not in India as stated in advertisement.The carry bag has not been supplied. It is stated that a carry bag is Part of the item. The colour is different from what is stated.
