the main rod holding the mop has a knob which detaches itself during the mopping process.
This Spin mop which has a bucket and a mop at the end of a metal rod is an important cleaning item in our house. when we bought this specific item on Amazon, within the first use we noticed that the rod which is attached to the mop has a knob or a switch to enable the extension of the mop. each time the mop is used, the gray round plastic covers detach during operation. see photo. this makes it hard to continue the cleaning process. as such this is a faulty design or just a faulty item and needs to be immediately replaced. otherwise i have spent good money on Amazon on a really poor quality piece of equipment,.
