OtterBox Commuter Series Case for iPhone 12 & iPhone 12 Pro (Only) - with Cleaning Cloth - Non-Retail Packaging - Ocean Way (Aqua Sail/Aquifer)

This is a replacement case and it fit exactly as it should. It does add bulkiness but does a good job protecting the phone. It is easy to hold. The add said it comes with a cleaning cloth but it did not probably because it wasn't in the original packaging.

Great sturdy case, very rugged but sleek, great price point for durability and quality.

I ordered this to keep grit out of my charging port throughout the workday. I like that the port cover makes a clean seal. The profile is slim and doesn't hog too much pocket space which is something I was concerned about. I saw a couple people stating that it doesn't work on magnetic chargers and that it is a single piece case. They are wrong. It works perfectly on my magnetic charger. It is a two piece case, consisting of a flexible inner portion that encompasses the phone and a hard outer portion that snaps over the back to stabilize it. I would give it an additional star, but I am disappointed that there is an additional 25% increase in price for some pretty basic alternative color options.

I won't ever have another case other than an Otterbox! I'm a senior citizen with a balance issue, and I have sustained several hard falls, but my iphone has never been broken. The Otterbox does cost more but I feel its saved me from having to buy a new iphone on many occasions.

Even though it’s an Otter, I got what I paid: buttons are hard to press. Better to add few more bucks and buy the next model but same brand.
