Pacifier holder
These are cute and easy to attach the pacifier to. It is a little heavy for our newborn but will work better once she is a little bit older. These are a good value for the price!

Cute and they do the job
I love that these say "I love mom" :) Having a pack of these on hand is nice because if one breaks or I lose one, then there are backups. The clips hold on well to whatever I attach them to. I gave 4 stars because I feel like the metal clip is not the best option for a baby. I do not feel that the metal part is very baby friendly. Yes they are secure, but maybe another design for these would have been better.

Works
Works as designed. keep in mind these are shorter and are probably better for pacifiers rather than using them to strap in toys to things. Nevertheless, you can never have too many straps with an infant. Silicone is easy to clean.

Good to hang on to binky
This is a good set of clips for a binky or small toy. The colors are good for boys or girls. Not a fan that it says I Love Mom, it would be better just plain. Strong construction and no beads for baby to choke on.

These are clearly the fan favorite in our house these days!
So when our first child was born, we didn't really have any plans for how to keep the pacifier ('binky,' 'dummy,' etc., [you pick your preferred synonym]) attached to the baby.I don't know if we thought that it would just 'stay put,' or what, but we were sans lanyards for the first few days/week of life.We were then quick to order the cloth tape lanyards with plastic 'grips' (thanks Amazon quick delivery!). We thought the basic cloth/plastic lanyards were great. And let's be honest, they are pretty good. Especially with a 0-4 month old who doesn't know any better and hasn't developed the muscles or motor skills to pull, yank and tug on things. However:Babies grow. They get stronger. They get smarter. And they develop the ability to... well... overcome the plastic lanyards grip on their clothes, the car seat straps, basically anything that you were used to attaching to.We then stumbled upon cloth tape lanyards with metal grips at a B&M store that likes to use red and white concentric circles as their logo. These solved the 'grip' problem, but we had some concern as the child started to gnaw on the metal clasp. Probably OK in the long run (no sharp edges, etc.), but still a concern. Then we saw these, where there is a silicone piece covering the metal clasp. The clasp isn't really the same as the cloth tape type that we found, it's not as sturdy, but it's more than adequate and keeps a strong grip on clothing and the car seat straps. Thus far, at eight months, we've not had any issues with the baby separating the lanyard from what ever it's attached too, and the silicone cover on the metal clasp reduces the worry over the use of the clasp as a teether. The way the lanyard secures the item to the strap is also a plus over the cloth tape type, since you can wrap the silicone around, say Sophie le girafe's neck to keep it inside the stroller, instead of lost on the sidewalk three blocks back. The little loop on the cloth tape lanyard are really only good for a little teether or a pacifier. One caution, since these are longer than the clot tape lanyards, would be to be careful about using them where they could wrap around the little one's neck or other appendages and cause possibly serious trouble.Overall, we're pleased with the product. Will update the review if that changes!
