I love these bannetons, I have the plastic bread basket style too that I line with flour sack towels but honestly I prefer these wood bannetons, they’re just easy to season and clean and really don’t need to be cleaned to often. Bonus these ones didn’t smell like a chemical when they arrived either, as some bannetons on Amazon do! If you’re baking in bulk, these are a must.

These proofing baskets are perfect. The liner is excellent and I've used them many times now. I haven't had and dough stick. The cost was exceptional.

These baskets have been working great for my little sourdough micro bakery! The lining isn’t my favorite, but it gets the job done and I can’t complain. Good size and shape for my loaves!

Product arrived and liners smelled like chemicals. This is not uncommon as I have had this happen with other brands. After washing them, which I always do before use, two of the liners completely came apart at stitching. Also, the bench scrapers included were packed so tightly inside each banneton basket that more than half of them are completely bent and not useable.

Good quality basically solid wood, they dry off really quickly as well when you put them over the oven vent. The dough I made was a bit overproofed but still came out fantastic after freezing in the banaton for like an hour. I highly recommend
