Post-pandemic fulltime motorhome living and learning repair and maintenance as we go. This makes being a YouTube mechanic and a DIY motorhome repair person SO MUCH EASIER!'02 Fleetwood Bounder with difficult areas to access. This camera has helped with everything from seeing where to drill a hole in an otherwise blind area, locating a leak behind a water heater, viewing wires under the refrigerator and floor, to figuring out black tank issues.It has been taped onto a drill and onto a fish tape rod. I could easily navigate while viewing everything on my phone.Dim pics are with the light from only the camera. The extremely bright picture of plumbing is with an extra flashlight. Once you get used to the picture being sideways on your phone and how to move your hand in the correct direction to see what you're looking for, it's a priceless addition to the toolbox! The cable length fabulously long.The light isn't as bright as I'd like it and there isn't a way to flip the direction of the picture on the phone, but it's still worth 5 stars.I would recommend to others.

Very easy to use. Easy to aim and focus. Very handy for use around the house or in car motor checks.

Purchased this about 3-4 months back, worked great at that time for what I needed. Used it again about a month ago for something minor but it once again worked fine. Got it out of storage to use again today and it was dead. Charged for a few hours, the charging icon was red, and eventually changed to green. But it won’t power on now. I’ve tried everything. Double checked the manual. It’s simply dead. I’m not sure how to reach their “24/7” customer support. Nowhere in the product listing, nowhere in the product manual - how do I reach rhe 24/7 tech support?

The flash lights on it not very bright

I purchased this for my husband (a mechanic) and he won’t shut up about this. He uses it every day. The image quality is amazing. The functionality is so convenient and makes his job so much easier.

Was pleasantly surprised to see how easy this scope is to use. The camera quality is excellent. The semi rigid cable is very useful. Ability to take video and still pictures is awesome. AAA+

This is definitely a great value!! Is it the best scope in the market? Well, no. Is it the best in its price range? Absolutely!! I have another scope I purchased a few years ago that is very similar to this one (Features, quality) and this one was ~ 1/5 the price!!! The only downside I could think of, is that the shaft might not be as stiff as some might want it to be. I got an old collapsible fiberglass tent pole and Velcro’d the camera to the end, and that easily fixes the only issue (Again, even if it is an issue for yourself).Extra use: I live in a forest and my neighborhood frequently has bears wanting to hibernate under porches, decks, etc… This, coupled with a pole as mentioned earlier, makes it possible to SAFELY check cramped and dark spaces.One suggestion/ tip:Get a piece of colored electrical tape or a paint pen and mark the side of the camera housing that needs to point up. This has helped me numerous times.

The product works as described, has adjustment for the light, decent picture, the only flaw is the connector for the iPhone, slightest touch and you will lose picture
