Bought this to replace a set of "brass" Twinkle Star QCs. Sooo much better. I hadn't even realized how bad the old ones were until I got these. They go on and off easily, and click together smoothly and solidly. Probably only saving .5 seconds per attachment, but faster is faster. They work well and with a bigger inner diameter they aren't restricting water flow.The price is a bit high, too high really, so probably best to buy these once rather than wasting money on lesser build quality versions. Or, buy the cheap ones and "ignorance is bliss".Only used once so far, so I don't know how durable they actually are, but they feel like "buy it once and never have to worry about it again" level build quality.

Ordered these and the first order came with used pieces with rust and dirt in them. After reporting issue to manufacturer, they went above and beyond to replace the defective unit with one of proper quality and the pieces now all look and work perfectly. I'm very pleased at how they handled the situation and made sure I was satisfied.

So far they are very nice. Just make sure your house has 2 female ends. I bought a house with 1 of each and I needed a $17 adapter to make it work.

Ordered these for a new Simpson Pressure Washer, and made sure they were rated well above my max psi. The price was a bit tough to stomach, but they should perform better than the ones at local big box stores.They arrive, and I am immediately impressed with the quality. They seem very sturdy, easy to attach, and manipulate. However, it went downhill from here. It all started with the garden hose quick connects. I attached them to the hose and to the pressure washer, then started to use my machine. Almost immediately, the connectors leaked in the middle, causing water to spray out before it t even go into the machine.I turned off the machine and checked all connections. They were perfect. Tried again and then the pressure washer connectors started to leak as well. I decided to throw on some new, cheaper ones from Lowe’s. To my surprise, the new ones that cost about 1/3 did not leak once.I ended up taking these back and getting a refund. Would not recommend them in the future. They fit ok at first, but the performance is awful.Update: The seller was receptive of my feedback, which is very important to me. I would definitely consider purchasing in the future since they actually stand behind their product and are open to feedback. I appreciate their desire to want to make the best product and be open to constructive criticism. This is how products are improved in the future. 4/5 stars (5/5 for customer service)

These hose quick connects have made my life easier on the weekends as I was my car. While at first the stainless steel might seem like overkill, it is true you get what you pay for. I upgraded from Home Depot budget quick connects, great quality and even better great customer service.

Exactly what I was expecting and I everything I needed for my setup.
