I've been taking these for about 5 months now, and the big dose of biotin has added density and softness to my hair. My hair started thinning a couple years ago, but since taking this it feels much thicker, it grows faster, I'm getting lots of new growth around my temple area. And my nails are growing really fast. I also like that it's a multivitamin and you don't need to take it with meals. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it isn't a complete multi, for example it doesn't have iron. But it's perfect for someone who doesn't have an iron deficiency like I do!

I bought this men's supplement with high hopes and followed the instructions exactly for several weeks. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any significant improvements in my energy, performance, or vitality as advertised.The product itself seems decent with no side effects, but it just didn't deliver the promised benefits. Maybe it works for some people, but for me, it was a waste of money. I expected more, especially after seeing so many positive reviews.
