Expensive Italian Pasta but Worth it!
A bit pricey but the texture and taste are indistinguishable from wheat flour pasta. This product is made in Italy and imported and that may be the reason why it costs a little more. Well worth a try!

Best Gluten Free Pasta on the Market
Having a child with Severe Allergies to Dairy, Egg, Wheat, Barley & Rye has been a challenge. We've tried just about every brand of Gluten Free Pasta available today. Most is barely edible - rinsing or no rinsing, and quickly solidifies into a lump of starch before you can finish a bowl. Bionaturae's Gluten Free pastas (Fusilli, Spaghetti, Rigatoni, Penne, Linguine) is excellent! Fresh from the pot I'd call it indistinguishable from the usual high end, wheat based pastas everyone else is used to!My child, the real critic, asks for pasta at least 5 nights a week, and after several years, still hasn't gotten bored with this brand!I will say that I haven't had a lot of luck making a large pot, and storing left-overs to be eaten the next day as was my habit with wheat based pastas - it doesn't maintain its consistency after refrigeration, or reheat to the same level. Taste and consistency out of the pot though, are first rate. if you know of someone who has allergies, or wants to avoid gluten, I highly recommend this pasta!

Amazing Pasta; and Gluten Free?
Some of the best pasta we’ve ever had. It tastes like wheat pasta and does not fall apart like wheat pasta. This pasta is very filling so we did not need to eat as much. We found our new go-to pasta. Thank you!

Best Gluten Free in the market.
I've tried many brands and most of them are dry and hard, and if you overcook them they crumble. This brand stays firm even when it gets cold or leftovers. Always cook pasta sauce first then set aside. Add 2 more minutes to box cooking time instructions then drain and add the sauce. I recently tried Bionaturae spaghetti and rotini, both are good too. Sometimes out of stock in supermarkets so I get them now from Amazon.

Tastes close
Tastes the closest to regular pasta, better than most gluten free pastas. What is with the $6.00 price hike. Bought in March for $21.98 now its $27.99. Should have another box thrown in there for that price. Way to treat customers with health issues fairly.

legit pasta - the best we've tried
I am an Italian. Sicilian actually. I have been eating pasta pretty much daily since birth. When my son and I became gluten intolerant, I struggled to find a gluten-free pasta that would feed my craving. NOTHING was the same. Everything disappointed on some level, till I found this pasta. I LOVE THIS PASTA. Finally. It has the great taste of 'regular' pasta and, most importantly, great mouth feel. The slight chew of al dente pasta is here! Heaven. I now have this delivered by the case (thank you, Amazon.) Rigatoni, Spaghetti, Linguine and Penne Rigate. I'll even get the Fusilli for the kids on occasion. Yes, it is possible to boil this pasta to mush, but you have to work really hard at it. I have served it with pesto, red sauce, mushroom cream sauce, butter and cheese, and with plain butter, olive oil and black pepper. If you have despaired of ever experiencing real pasta again, try this.

FABULOUS PASTA - BEST GLUTEN FREE EVER!!!
I have been buying gluten free pasta for years. The brand I have been buying is good, but delicate. I needed a Rigatoni for a dish I made and this was the only brand that makes Gluten Free Rigatoni. I read all the reviews and was impressed, so I went ahead and ordered the four packages. I made the pasta dish tonight. I had made Martha Stewart's recipe for Mushroom Ragu, cooked the pasta and added the ragu with some freshly grated Pecorino Romano Cheese. It is an amazing dish and the PASTA... it is SUPERB! It has great body and is substantial. Bionaturae has created a winning pasta...! Looking forward to trying their other types of pasta!!!
