Recieved my bike yesterday it came complete with everything, easy to put together and get running. My only complaint so far is it won't get over 19.1 mph no matter what I do. Power is set to max, pedal assist is at max and both motors and batteries are engaged. I thought maybe is was because I'm a large (265 lbs) man but my buddies 110 lbs old lady got on it and it topped out at 19.1 mph for her too. I'm really disappointed so far since it is advertised to get up to 34 mph. I've logged complaints with their support dept my low review will be adjusted based on how well they resolve the issue.

Tough and sturdy!

I bought two of these bikes for myself and my son. The bikes are solid, very fun to ride, and fast! Unfortunately, after some riding, my son's rear wheel motor stopped working. It took Freego some time to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem and they at first sent some new parts that didn't resolve it. However, they subsequently sent the entire rear wheel with motor and covered the cost for a bike company to install it. They also extended my warranty to show their commitment to the product! I feel like I will be able to count on them for any future problems I might encounter.

I’ve had problems with this bike from day one all of which I’ve had to diagnose and DIY myself because Freego will not answer any of my emails nor can I reach someone through call or text. I wish I hadn’t gotten rid of the box so I could send this POS back to them. Don’t believe the 2 year warranty it’s a lie they will not respond to you!!!

The worst assembly instructions ever!!!The instructions that were included required scanning a QR code and the use of You Tube. The manual was absolutely useless and there was nothing available for troubleshooting.I ended up figuring out how to change to US mode on my own for the maximum speed that was promised.The seller attempted to help, but was through text format which was time consuming with many back and forth texts and in the end he did not know how to fix the issue and was going to send a request for help to China. Still waiting.

I LOVE this bike! I previously owned an ONYX RCR and while I loved that bike, it was expensive. Also I couldn't ride it on our local rail trail and they are now out of business. I tried a Hover-1 ebike and while it is an awesome bike it didn't have the range I wanted and it was a bit too small for me (I am 6ft). I gave that to my wife and tried the Freego and it is just what I was looking for. It is VERY solidly built. The F3 Pro Max with dual batteries has great range and the top speed is great. I can keep up with traffic in town. Customer service is AWESOME! They respond to every message within 24 hours. It even has cruise control! I did not see that noted anywhere so it was a pleasant surprise. The only complaint I can give is the uncomfortable seat. But this is pretty much the same with every other ebike out there. Get a good pair of padded bike shorts and you will be fine.
