Heavy Duty Ball Valve, good value.
Heavy duty ball valve that you can take apart and clean or change seals.This NPT thread does not work on non-tapered shower heads which they call G-1/2 instead of NPS.But I will use this brand again for other projects.It's a little hard to turn he first few times but it loosens up.

The reviews about the threads being bad are right.
As several other reviews have pointed out, these threads are not NPT. I wish I had noticed those reviews before. This valve leaks air no matter how you try to seal the threads. I doesn't match the tap or die for NPT. My application was as an outlet valve for a stationary compressor, and it will not seal. The valve looks the part and appears to be built well; shame about the threads. I ordered a different valve, and it worked great in the same situation.Maybe the people writing positive reviews are getting a different product. I ordered the 3/4" MNPT to FNPT. I wish it had worked because it does look good otherwise and seems to be high quality 304 stainless. Best of luck to anyone who orders this valve, but I wouldn't take a chance.

Love the male pipe threads on one end .
I used this for my water heater installs aa they connect directly to the flex lines making the job with one less fitting, the valve seems to.open and close easily and I love stainless steel.I’m sure these valves will last a long time as ball valves really don’t have many moving parts.Overall I’m very glad these valves were on Amazon, they arrived quickly and installed easily.Would definitely purchase again

Good for the price.
Used these on a whole house filter setup. Didn't like the plastic ones it came with. The price can't be beat. Getting 2 for the price of 1 at a big box store. The only thing I didn't like is that you can't orrient the handle to a different position (180⁰), so that the lever can be facing away from the wall. No biggy, I just cut the lever shorter to clear the wall. Minus 1 star for that.
