Works Great!
My wife works from home, and new updates to their system made it so any time she went the bathroom or kitchen or anything - she would get logged out and have to log back in to three systems and sometimes lose work she had been working on. This mouse mover is perfect. It keeps the system from logging her out 5+ times a day and has saved so many headaches. Easy to set up, easy to use, and super quiet.

Works great and is silent after making an adjustment
The media could not be loaded. I have owned this device approximately 2 weeks. It works great moving the mouse and has 3 settings for frequency of movement. Works great with Microsoft Teams preventing your status from changing to away. The only down side is the device is intermittently loud. It sounds like plastic gears crunching as the device rotates the mouse. It is not an issue if you are away, but when you use the device to keep your online status active as you are at your desk reading contracts, spreadsheets, etc. it is annoying.**UPDATE…I have owned this device for 10 months and am changing my review to 5 stars. I figured out how to fix the grinding noise and now the mouse mover is completely silent. I removed the cover and applied 3-in-1 oil on the part that rotates and also leave the device on all the time, even when there is no mouse on it. I work at my desk 8 hours a day and I never hear it anymore. If you don’t mind taking the minimal time to oil it, it is well worth the purchase.

Crapped out after >10 uses
The mouse on the device in the image was not the 1 used. It was a Logitech M170 that wriggled around too much. Used the Apple mouse to kind of hold it in place. It began to creak like something needed to be oiled, but it continued to work for a few other times.Know this, I wasn’t using it for hours. At most would be an hr.After a few more times of usage, the spinning part creeks and stutters or doesn’t spin.Too late for me to return so I’m writing this to steer you clear if you’re not on top of return times and the size of your mouse.

Not worth it. (Update Submitted - See below about Power Cord)
This is the 2nd one I am returning. They only lasted for about 3 weeks and stopped working. I didn't even use it every day for it to burn out. Don't recommend it unless you want to keep returning it.Update: I used a different C-type plug and it started working, do it seems there is a problem with the cord they are supplying. So I have changed my star rating because when works, it works well and as advertised. Just update the cord.

Anoffice must have
A definite must have for keeping your computer from sleeping forced by network use. Just set your mouse on this pad, and it continually moves your cursor.

Exactly what I needed
This is exactly what I needed. If it ever stops working I will repurchase. My work requires teams app and I can't even get up to the front door when it times out. This is discreet and it serves its purpose.

Works great with some simple changes
This works pretty well! It doesn't have random timing or duration, you can just pick intervals of 10 seconds, 30 minutes, or 10 minutes. At the interval it will rotate for about 10 seconds fairly slowly and that moves the mouse cursor a little. It will do this indefinitely until you change a setting or power it off.I think it works best with large wireless mice, the idea is that the turntable turns for a while and at some point the mouse is eventually touching both sides and can't turn anymore, so it senses the turntable moving underneath it as movement while it stays held in place. For a small or compact mouse it will spin freely without touching the sides and never register any cursor movement. If the mouse is wired than maybe a smaller mouse would work but I'm not sure. It's easy to use and is not too noisy. To make it TOTALLY silent you need to do the following:1. Pry the top part off by inserting a knife near the USB-C connector. The top is held on by four clips.2. Remove the two rubber rails off the top. They just pull off.3. Lift up the turntable and put in a few drops of oil on the axle.4. Reassemble the unit. This makes it totally silent 100% of the time. The main problem was the rubber rails create too much friction and the stepper motor inside struggles to rotate the turntable. I think if the turntable was positioned a little lower this wouldn't be an issue, but as-is the rails are in contact with the turntable surface and that's too much for the motor to handle. You don't really need the rubber rails because the turntable rotates slowly enough that your mouse won't get banged up. But just be aware that they are there for a reason. I use a cheap mouse so I don't mind if it bumps into the sides during use.
