Not as thick as brand name
Though only about 2/3 as thick, these appear to be made of the same material and same quality as the Fluval ones. And they are less expensive.

As a former owner of a Aquarium business I know how hard it is to maintain tanks as I myself had 10 in my house alone up to 175 gallons. When I did jobs I used diatomasis earth to clear up water quickly as you would in a pool. These work great as now I just have my own personal tank 15 gallons and quit the biz. For my 15 gallons they polish tank nicely, give it 3 days or so running on a 15 gallon and you will see the difference. Bigger tanks obviously will need more pads but they do work and I was surprised.

These Polishing Pads seem to be as good as the name brand
These polishing pads fit perfectly in my Fluval 307 filter. They seem to be a good quality, very similar to the originals. The price is the same as the name brand, but lately the originals have been out of stock so I had to get these. Usually a generic brand is cheaper than the originals, not in this case. Still a 5 star product.
