I'm not pregnant but a side sleeper. I love this pillow for the support and comfort it provides. I can't speak for those who are pregnant, but I'd recommend to any of my fellow side sleepers!

Not to be dramatic but this pillow changed the game for me. I have never slept so good while holding it-- I like to rest my head on the short end and hold it while on my side. I feel like it supports my neck well because it's firm enough to do so. I read somewhere that it's good to hold something while sleeping on your side so that your shoulders and hipa are square, and this definitely does the trick. Plus for the price point, it can't be beat. I call it my "worm pillow" lol

I tried many pillows, including specialized pillows. I started to get headaches because I couldn't situate my head and shoulders in a comfortable position. Or my neck would hurt, and the same for my husband. The only complaint is that we can't sleep body against body anymore because both of our pillows are between us, but we work it out. :)Also, make sure to wash the case first. I usually do, but it was too late at night and i was exhausted (for a couple of days) when i used it and my face began to break out. Once I washed it, problem solved. fyi

I gave this to my daughter this as a Birthday present and she loves it. She is raving about how great it is.
