Perfect camp music device
The size and easy use of this player is perfect for kids going off to camp aren’t allowed to take electronic screen devices. It has plenty of memory, but maybe not for a full month without being able to update the music. Other than that size, weight, sound and battery life are excellent.

Garbage - Piece of junk at any price - Even for Free!
Don't even accept this product for free. Cheaply made, worked for about an hour, then ceased working. Next day, it worked again. Frustration at a maximum! Then stopped altogether. Bluetooth does not work, period! Wired earphones worked, but then the cheap plastic unit failed permanently and sometimes it powered on, sometimes not. The manual LOL, says LOL, you made need LOL to update the LOL products firmware LOL LOL LOL LOL. Yeah Right! I'll just access the product's non-volatile memory, aka flash memory and update the manufacturer's default program. Are they kidding? Unfortunately, all the MP3 players out there are cheap junk. I'd gladly pay 5 times the price of these defective products for a quality product.

Battery Life is a joke.
After I bought this, I put it on to charge. I took it off the charger after the indicator light said the battery was ready, and I made certain it was off (having to check audibly that the player is off is just another thing I don't like.) I had it off the charger for about two hours, and I took it with me while I was going to be outdoors. When I tired turning it back on, nothing happened. The battery had already run down. This MP3 player is just shoddily made and a total waste of money. Do not buy, and I would avoid this company's other products as well.

Not reliable
If you charge it, you have to take it off of the charger, then plug it in to either ear buds or a speaker to make sure it actually turns off. Otherwise it stays on and runs the battery down and you have no way of knowing if this happens. Well who has time sometimes to go get ear buds or a speaker to check and see if it is actually turned off. So now the battery is dead, again. I know it is not the biggest deal, but a pain in the butt!! To turn it on, you have to put it from ongoing to random mode, then you lose where you were the last time you play it and have to search for the song you want. So aggravating!! The on/off button is terrible and it gets very few stations nearby so forget using the FM radio mode. I am stuck with country or reggae, both of which I do not like. Quite disappointed overall. You also cannot use it while you are charging and there are pretty much no instructions either online or in the little book they send with it.

Battery dies intermittently
I loved my IPod Shuffle but Apple stopped making it years ago. This is the closest thing I’ve found to it but is has two major issues:1) the battery sometimes dies after only a couple of day when it is powered off.2) MP3’s only. Even the crappy Sandisk player can use Apple Lossless ACC. I had to covert every song to MP3 to work on this.So it is good after converting my entire playlist and I just keep it plugged into the charger 24/7.

Shuffle mode isn't great
I bought this to use with some bluetooth over-the-ear headphones. It was easy to copy music over to the device and to pair it with the headphones. Note that the USB plug has to be seated very firmly in order to be recognized by a computer. Push it in hard! Shuffle mode seems to like to play the same songs over and over, so I have to keep advancing to the next song. The controls are easy to use, but if you turn it on before using the clip chances are you will turn it off due to the sensitivity of the buttons. Overall.... It does the job.
