This is a great prduct, as long as you manage your expectations.It's effective on light to medium stains and water spots on suede and nubuck. You will also need a brush to restore the nap. It comes in a 2-pack, which is value for the money. It's well-made for what it is, meaning it doesn't crumble too fast after use and should last a while.This was the most effective out of all the suede erasers I've used. It easily removed light stains on a pair of Vans and did a decent job on rain spots on a pair of Clarks.For set-in stains and tougher jobs like oil and grease, you may need a detergent. This is just realistic. Anything that permeates the surface layer on suede and gets into the skin itself may need deeper cleaning. There are dedicated suede soaps and cleaning solutions that resolve stains that are beyond what this product can do. That shouldn't be a shock, given that this is just an eraser and not a deep cleaner.Best uses for this product are to keep it handy and be vigilant. If you do get a stain or spot, don't wait for it to set. Again, you will probably need to use a two-step process with the eraser, followed by a brush. The eraser will remove the offending stain from the top level of the surface area. The brush will restore the nap and smooth it out so it's like it never happened. It doesn't diiscolor the hide on most suedes, but then i haven't tried it on white suede, so i can't say if it works on that too.Overall this is a five-star product that gives you two erasers for the price of other competing products one. It's a workhorse but not a miracle worker. For thight to mid-duty, tho, hard to complain.

I had an oil spot on my suede shoes & tried vinegar, which helped a little, but when I received this product it took very little effort & the stain was gone without damaging the suede! It was like magic & the price was great! I highly recommend!

This is a staple product for anyone with suede shoes! I have used this on my light grey clogs after I thought they were ruined from mud/water and I was genuinely shocked by the result. Great value for money at low price. Reusable and decent size! VERY MUCH RECCOMEND!

I was very surprised to find this was more like an art eraser than anything else. But it is easy to use & did the trick on a few dirt soils on some suede sandals. Spot cleaning is okay but for bigger cleaning you would probably want to use something else. No water was involved.

I bought my first pair of swede boots and spilled something on it after first wear. I was so disappointed because everything I tried to get the now stain out was only making it worse. I ordered this and within minutes the stain was completely gone! So easy to use and works great. Very happy with this purchase.

I ordered from several different companies, and this is the one that works the Best, for sure! Even tho the shoe guy sprayed these, they stain really easily, a hazard of beautiful nubuck boots. Love them, and this takes off the stains!

This worked great on a BLACK grease stain on the BEIGE SUEDE of my Adidas Sambas. Maybe not 100% perfectly removed but made it significantly less noticeable. Saved my fave shoes from going in the garbage! YAY!Note: I would be a little careful about how far you go with this, it does seem to removed some of the suede and make it a bit thinner
