Perfectly fit for my Hikvision DS-7208HQHI-K1 DVR
I was looking for a replacement AC Adapter for an OEM DVR unit left behind by the previous homeowner as it did not have a power adapter. The biggest issue was that the only model number information I could locate was a Model AR314-8 sticker on the back and that did not provide enough information to determine the replacement AC adapter needed. I opened the unit, located the model DS-80261 Rev1.0 printed on the board. First narrowed it down to a Hikvision unit and after searching through images and connector layouts for different models, finally landed on the Hikvision DS-7208HQHI-K1 DVR and confirmed the model when I saw the exact unit for sale on a well known auction website. But I guess any 4 pin 12V adapter would have worked as long as the output was close enough.This 4 pin ac adapter is a perfect fit for the Hikvision DS-7208HQHI-K1 DVR. Included pictures of the pin layout since most images have a side view and rarely show you the actual plug itself. Hope this helps anyone looking for something similar!
