Does the job
Not an over night treatment, took about a week before I noticed a difference. Then the size and comfort was very noticeable. Does not remove haemorrhoids, but definitely reduces the size considerably. I would consider mine to have been very bad and a considerable problem, now much improved and not a problem. Has a mild cooling experience and a pleasant fragrance. The extension tube supplied is easily missed as fixed inside box and needs looking for.

Used product as directed on internal hemorrhoid. Within 30 seconds I got a burning sensation so bad I was unable to sit down all day. I couldn't do anything about it as it was inside rather than external. USELESS.
