I would like to give four star in it, coz the product is pretty damnn good in average level but not excellent.The taste and flavour are quite yummy as i cauld say.I have been using this product since one year back.The price are quite affordable as comparing to other product also,we don't need to add Bcaa or glutamine seperately.Its a complete food for those bodybuilding beginners & senior guy too.My suggestion is that, sometime it delivered without covering the container or in naked bottle which find so awkward.Also sometime i found some peice of tear off plastic or rubber inside the protein powder which is very dangerous if we consume it.Therfore, being a regular user of this product pliz,ensure clean & hygiene way of manufacturing, thankyou.

It tastes yummy ( however I do feel like they're using artificial sweetners)Mixes wellGiving it 3 stars because of its pricing 👎As for the side effects I'll be trying it for another 3 to 4 months to see whether I pack on some muscles then I'll update my review ( update- I've tried it for a couple months now and I see no improvement in my muscle mass🤷‍♂️ so now I'm switching my protein)It does cause bloating especially if you have 2 scoops a dayMake sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid constipation and gas..

I have been using this product from 4 months and I can see the results and I recommend within this price range it's no doubt an awesome product and it doesn't have any side effects too

Too much carb @59gms in 1 scoop and 35gms protein per 100gms......not fit for shreeding may be tonput on more fat deposits
