I was a bit skeptical. But these inserts are really thin and surprisingly comfortable. They fit in all my shoes and have relieved the pain tremendously.

I wasn't expecting great relief for my chronic toe pain, but this actually works very well!I am finally able to walk a lot more and for greater distances without discomfort, and do certain exercise positions that hyperextend my metatarsalIt also seems to add to my flexibility when I'm not using it so I can flex/extend more as part of my self induced physical therapy and ROMI wished I found this many years ago.Planning on visiting my son in NYC and we're going to do a lot of walking and bike riding around Central Park, running through Manhattan to catch the sites, etc.I might try using this with another rigid toe sock device I got and see how it goesThanks for a great product! This product works to lessen my big toe arthritis pain. It keeps your toe from flexing, but the edge of the insert sliced through my shoes within a couple of weeks.

These caused my shoes to slide up and down behind my ankles.

My doctor recommended these to help keep my toes from flexing so much while walking to reduce bone spur growth on big toes. They do reduce motion enough to help reduce pain but not so much that it makes walking awkward.They’re expensive for what they are but they do help if limiting joint motion is what you need.

I have a bone spur on the joint where my big toe meets my foot, so it hurts if my big toe bends upward. I play a lot of tennis and the joint would throb after playing due to all the running around and bending of the toe. My podiatrist recommended these and they really help! I put one in all my athletic shoes and don’t have pain anymore after running, walking, or playing tennis. I only need them for one foot, so a pair can cover two sets of shoes. At first. I felt the insert in my shoe, but after a few uses, I don’t notice them anymore. A great inexpensive solution to my foot pain!

fits relatively well, and works great - and very fairly priced to the competition.i have a pair in my sneakers, and work shoes ,and now that i've gotten used to them they definitely make a difference. they dont COMPLETELY restrict movement, but makes a good difference!worth it!

These are light and very stiff, which reduces the work your big toe joint performs while you walk. Your feet will not tire as quickly with these. I've inserted them into two of my hiking/tennis shoes, both feet.
