Brilliant
I was very sceptical about getting this after trying others, I have to say for the price it can't be beaten. Yes it's just an amplifier, but it does a cracking job whilst I wait for my NHS hearing aids. It also fits easily on my ear even when I wear my glasses, two days of use now, and my brain is starting to adapt to very small amount of background noise, which doesn't disturb me at all.

Too tinny to hear with.
Nice looking with a lovely box, but the quality of sound is very poor. Too tinny to be used.
