Excellent entry level rc car
Have been using this little RC basher for a month now, other reviews are right, like all Chinese rc brands this one is smaller that it should be, also the electronics came lose and had to secure in place, I highly recommend checking and tightening wheel nuts and all of the screws and bolts before the first run. This is my first proper rc basher since I only have had rc cars that would be consider toys for kids, even though I am not a hard driver I would consider it to be really durable, have had a few frontal crashes, lands directly on one wheel and a lot of driving through wet grass, it handled everything like a champ and haven’t had any issues, for a first rc car I would say it is an excellent option for the money, really fast, brushless motor, powerful battery (but only came with 1), the only downsides I see is the limited availability of parts and aftermarket support, also the charger is the worst, feels and looks incredibly cheap and start having issues after 3 o 4 recharges, I am already looking to buy a decent one

Fast, Fun, Affordable!
The media could not be loaded. My young son and I have really enjoyed this little basher. He is still learning how to control these cars so price, durability, and ease of use are all important factors for me to consider when trying one of these RC trucks.Price: great value for the money. There was a coupon available at time of purchase which brought the price under $200. For a brushless RTR basher with the performance features this one has, that’s great value.Durability: so far, so good! We took this out on a dirt bmx track over the weekend and ran it hard. There was sand, mud, puddles, and lots of jumps. It didn’t seem to like the water, so I would advise not hitting deep puddles with it, but it handled everything else like a champ. Zero broken parts, not even the wing which looked dangerously exposed.Ease of use: very easy to get up and running with zero assembly beyond attaching the optional wing and/or stickers. You will need AA batteries for the radio, but that’s all. As far as operation goes, it was very simple.Performance: it’s pretty quick right out of the box. The brushless motor has lots of power but is smooth, and easy to control. Handling and suspension are great and had us wishing we had a bit more speed by the end of the day. It’s 3S capable, and I would like to try that in the future as a quick way to get more power.Overall I’m very happy with this truck! Lots of value here and I’m looking forward to more trips to the track with it! Two thumbs up from my son as well!

Fun Truggy
This is one of my Favorite RC vehicles. Its tough and fast. The only negative is the poor sicky tape used for the ESC, other than that this thing is a beast. Its a great stunt truck it will wheelie like crazy at full speed even on 2s, backflips are no problem off a proper ramp. True it's technically small for a 1/14th scale but its based off a 1/14 buggy Chassis, so i gave it a pass. The breaks are a bit heavy handed and will take a bit to get used to, but they help with front flips. The stock Battery seems to last forever 20-30mins+. This i a great starting point for someone new to the hobby or any enthusiast. The transmitter/controller has a speed control dial 1-100, out of the box its set to 75, which is still plenty fast.Replacement parts are available if you know what you are looking for. Most WLToys 144XX will fit, for the parts that dont look for the Rlaarlo version of it on their site ModelRLX-1400X will work.* the "X" is a variable or a fill in the blank.

Worth It
Great car! Fast, maneuverable, durable, perfect hobby truck for intense bashing! Obviously have to upgrade a few parts in the drive train, but with new diffs and a few other odds and ends, its given me no trouble at all! Great car for the price!

Waste of money!
Yes, you read that correctly, compared to a lot of other brands this isn’t a 1/14 scale MT, but a 1/16 scale with larger than average tires. Like others have mentioned in previous reviews, the electronics will be loose from the double sided tape they’re using, which is crap. Those issues aside, this is by far the best 1/16 scale I’ve tried. The transmitter, and receiver are legit, the servo is located in a good location, and adequate for the car with metal gearing. Pictures next to my MJX 16208 for size comparison, the MJX suffers from poor steering, servo, servo location and adjustment, coupled with a crap transmitter and receiver. Has beefier components, and a clip less body design that I like.**Update**After having this little truck for some time now, I have to remove my original 5 star review. It’s now an absolute necessary one star. My front drive shaft, which is separated from the rear, completely came apart, luckily it fell into the bottom of the housing and didn’t do any major damage to the other larger gear. The design of this part has two ball bearings attached and cannot be removed, so if a bearing goes out also the whole part will have to be replaced. My major issue is the part I need replaced isn’t even in the owners manual as they just reused the brushless versions manual, which has a solid drive shaft from the rear to the front and not connected with a dogbone like mine. On rlaarlo’s website you can only find a few part replacements for this model. The part I need and many others, are not listed. Reaching out to them by email, I had hoped to get a new replacement part. I included exact pictures of the broken part. The first time they sent a replacement, the part I received wasn’t even for my vehicle, and wasn’t even close to what I had shown them in the pictures I sent them. Mind you it took 3 weeks to receive the wrong part. Since then they have sent me the wrong part three more times. Over the course of three months. At least these parts were for the same vehicle. I have sent another email out and have not heard back again. I don’t like the fact they don’t have parts available for a recent model and how long it takes to get them, I don’t like that my owners manual shows a different model with different parts, I don’t like the fact they keep sending me the wrong parts even with pictures. I cannot recommend and won’t be purchasing anything else from this company. I highly recommend you look past this company, as once something breaks, and it will as most RC cars do. At least with HyperGo you can find tons of parts and aftermarket offerings. I’d still suggest paying the extra and going with Arrma, Losi, Team Associate, Traxxas, etc.
