While I do like the look of the case and believe it would protect the phone in an accidental drop, this case is unusable for me.The case is generally too bulky. It sticks out too far around the power and volume buttons making them difficult to press and the case doesn't fit properly around the phone. The edges of the case that grab around the phone are big enough where the two parts if the case come in contact before the phone is fully closed causing either one of two problems;One is where the phone will not close completely and be left open enough to where the outer small screen will not activate, the second is if the phone is fully closed the top and bottom edges of the case will be bent outward from each other off the phone.This improper fit makes it a complete deal breaker for me.And while a minor complaint, the edges of the case toward the hinge because of the bulk have a sharpness to them, predominantly felt on the rear piece of the case. This may be uncomfortable to some.Overall the look and features of the case are nice, but the terrible fit and excess bulk is a deal breaker. It is not worth the cost.

The casing is good quality but the design is bad. The main area that is utilized the most is the power button finger sensor. Due to the raised area on the edge of fingerprint sensor, you have to place finger multiple times in order to get a good read. It takes sometimes up to ten presses and or finger adjustment to unlock phone or verify multifactor. This edge next to fingerprint sensor print sensor makes the cases nearly useless. Back to the drawing board.

I have had UAG cases on almost every electronic I've owned for well over 5 years. I was excited to get this one to go with my new fold 5 and then I open the package and tried to put it on. To start with this does not fit the phone almost at all it actually feels like it was designed for another phone. The phone cannot close all the way with this case on and it does not allow enough room for the fingerprint scan to actually read your fingerprint thus causing multiple misreads. I can't stress enough how highly disappointed I am in this product.

The media could not be loaded. The magnet is ever-so-slightly too low in the case, meaning the device will NOT charge from any MagSafe compatible chargers. This was 100% of the reason why I bought this case, and it has been a huge disappointment. I'm sending it back. The screen protector is pretty crap as well, but I applied it to my phone before realizing just how ill-fitted it was, so I'm out that money.All of the other reviews match my experience exactly. The case is quite thick, leaving the phone slightly open at all times. I didn't have any problems with the screen not turning off, but I can see how it would be a problem. The fingerprint sensor is very hard to activate with this case on, using swipe navigation (especially "back") is nearly impossible because of how deep the case material is between the face of the case and the screen of the phone.

I was very excited for this case because of the maglock but it is horrible. The case is too big on the inside screen, so you have to force the phone closed to turn the inside screen off which then pushes the outer screen cover off the phone. Power and volume buttons aren't at all accessible when the phone is closed and still hard to access when open. Wouldn't be a huge deal but since the finger print scanner is in the power button, it's a huge pain. Cover screen protector is too tall and wide making it hard to type on the cover screen. Ended up getting the Spigen case and an ESR maglock ring and I love them!

Looks good but it's one of those cases that will just end up sliding off in a few months. It also makes the fingerprint sensor difficult to use. Only 2 stars because it looks good but that's it. It makes typing on the main screen even more annoying due to the raised bezels.
