Overall a great bag with low-quality zippers
I've been using this bag for 6 or so months doing Uber Eats on a scooter and overall, it's been great. The cupholders will hold about any kind of drink I've encountered and it'll hold a WHOLE lot of food. The issue I've run into is that while it claims it can hold a 14" pizza, some pizzerias use a slightly larger box for their 14" pizzas and it puts undue stress on the outer zipper for the compartment (not the expansion zipper, the one to access the actual compartment) and as such it's managed to rip BOTH zippers off their tracks. I managed to get one back on track but at this point it's not really useful for pizzas so I just leave it closed all the time. It's completely waterproof as far as I can tell as I've gotten rained on numerous times with no water ingress that I could tell. I'd give it a 5/5 if the zippers weren't absolutely trash. They should have used the chunkier zippers you'd find on camping gear or a heavy jacket, not these tiny zippers that can't take any strain at all.Update: after a year of service and over 3000 deliveries, the only issues I've had with it are one of the two top zippers came off track and the zippers that hold the front opening closed have failed miserably (one came off track and the zipper teeth ended up out of line but it stays closed). It's good enough that I've decided to order another of the slightly-larger updated version.

Durable, flexible, light, and reliable
I am a delivery driver and this bag has saved my bacon more times than I can count. From pizzas, to combination hot cold, or even 7 drinks! The exterior drink pockets are not great. They are awesome for bottled drinks or most medium drinks, but larger and especially foam cups do not fit properly.Being able to separate either hot/cold or carry 2 orders at once is super handy.Having the flexibility to load the bag from the side or top is also very convient. Most of the time I drive around with it on my passenger seat with the top unzipped especially during late nights where most orders are drive through. It does have the backpack option which can be useful occasionally but I use the carry handles more.I wish the clasp on the top handles was a little stronger but Ive only accidentally unlatched it a few times and I always had both straps in my hand so no misshaps.

Great for delivering food
I'm delivering food with this on an electric unicycle. If I fell on my back this backpack would definitely give me a lot of protection. Seems to fit medium pizza but not large. 4 drink holders works fine. I delivered 4 drinks in this before successfully. Doesn't seem to alter my riding experience as much as I expected due to the bulky size. I was still able to ride with this backpack through rain, winds 10-15+ mph just fine without affect my balance

Delivering for Uber Eats has never been easier!
I deliver for Uber Eats every now and then, and as you may know, carrying food for long periods can be a bit of an inconvenience sometimes. Especially when you are concerned with keeping it cold or hot for maximal customer satisfaction. This product solves these problems and also makes your day so much easier. It’s not only comfortably and durable, and easy to set up, but the volume of food it can hold is quite decent for many orders in which it would be practical to carry items on your back. I will admit it obviously won’t carry all items, but for a lot of deliveries, this can certainly save you time. If you do food delivery and want a means of carrying food on your back, and you also want to ensure food stays cold or hot, this product may just be for you!

Food delivery bag
The media could not be loaded. My brother recently opened a food so i ordered this for him. It’s really spacious and of great quality. I really love the highlight stripes in the back, this way he can safely deliver food at night. I do have some doubts about the quality of the zippers, whether they will last longer. He hasn’t seen it yet, but I’m sure he’ll be delighted with it.

Very good quality bag.
I have not actually used this bag yet in real life yet because I'm waiting on parts to install a rear cargo rack on my ebike so I can start delivering but I can already tell it will work perfectly. My big requirement was that the bag needed to have a structured body. This back has a back plate that inserts like a bulletproof vest to protect your back if you should decide to wear it as a backpack but it also has sections of the bag with very strong wire going through the outer perimeters so it will not collapse when strapped down with bungee cords, etc. I submitted my real pictures of the insulated bag to Uber eats in an attempt to qualify for their grocery shopping/delivery service and it passed with flying colors. I really like the fact that it gives me the option to use it as a backpack or to strap it to my cargo rack that I'm currently building since my ebike doesn't have a universal frame available. Its going to work perfectly I know it for sure. I don't need to update further. I got this bag during Amazon prime day sale for 28 dollars. The next day it was 35. That was not planned at all but it might be something to watch out for.Update:Been using the bag for months now and it's held up great. It has several hard panels to reinforce the back, the lid and the bottom which I like. I would like it even more if I actually wore it on my back but it fits perfectly in a 5 dollar Sterlite file crate from Walmart that I have mounted to the back of my ebike for Uber eats deliveries. Oh and it comes with a 3 cup cupholder that attaches to the inside via Velcro. I use a couple small Amazon cardboard boxes inside to keep everything in place for small deliveries.
