Q: Is this product still 100% chicken breast meat? The packages used to say so, now they just say "100% chicken" and the appearance has changed. ???

It doesn't give any measurements anywhere on the packaging, just that it's 100% single ingredient: chicken. It's freeze-dried, so any moisture would be low, if not non-existent. Don't know about where you are, but it's about 1/2 the price they charge at the local pet supply house & none of the big box stores don't carry freeze-dried treats.

Q: Is the freeze dried chicken cooked or raw ?

It is freeze dried so not cooked.... so i think its technically raw :} My cats love it!! Very handy and doesnt spoil :}
